Mike is a well known property professional with over 20 years experience based in the centre of Leeds. Representing many regional developers and landowners Mike has a deep knowledge of the industry and a reputation for practical, straightforward advice.

Alastair joins the Atkinson Associates team with over 30 years experience operating as a chartered surveyor in the region. Highly respected in the field of licence and leisure premises, Alastair has many high profile clients ranging from PLCs, large property companies, pub groups and high net worth individuals.

Olivia is a Chartered Surveyor with over 12 years of experience. Olivia deals with a mixture of different use classes but specialises in Office redevelopments, in particular developing flexible office schemes. Olivia has a back ground in agency and asset management having previously worked at Colliers International and CEG developers. 

Julie joins Atkinson Associates as Office Manager with over 30 years of experience in all areas of office management, including finance and client services.  Julie is responsible for providing administrative support to the Team, as well as managing the online marketing of our properties.
