Sale agreed to Persimmon Homes in Clitheroe

Representing a local landowner, Atkinson Associates negotiated the sale of a 4 acre greenfield site to the national housebuilder. Sale is conditional upon the developer obtaining a residential planning permission which has recently been submitted.
