Dechra complete final acquisition

Following a 5 year plan which has seen Dechra embark on a process of acquiring the freehold interest in 4 units on Snaygill Industrial Estate, Skipton the final piece of the jigsaw has fallen into place with the acquisition of a 29,000 ft2 manufacturing unit. Atkinson Associates represented Dechra in all the transactions.
