Another freehold sale completed

Deal Done!  Alastair has advised Beny Sports (UK) Ltd in connection with the freehold disposal of a modern 23,500 ft2 detached industrial unit on the ever popular Crossings Business Park.  We sold the unit to Beny Sports in 2003 on behalf of developer, Skipton Properties and fantastic to be involved once again.
