Acre Park sells

A 200,000 ft² multi-let business park has changed hands in a multi-million pound deal. The park is home to amongst others, The Valley Printing Group, HB Clark, Iconx and Ogden Fulfilment and generates a rental income of circa £770,00 per annum. Atkinson Associates represented a private client in the sale of the estate to a London based private property company.
