LOCATION

The property is situated on the north side of the B6265 Bradford Road, approximately ½ a mile north east of access to the A650 Aire Valley Road. Keighley town centre is located a further ¾ of a mile to the south west.
The immediate land uses are predominantly residential with some suburban roadside retail. A Halfords Autocentre lies approximately 1 mile to the west on Bradford Road.

DESCRIPTION

The property comprises a four story former Victorian mill and a later single story extension which incorporates two servicing bays. The mill building has brick walls clad with stone or rendered, a pitched roof covered in synthetic slate and timber framed windows. A single story lean to extension constructed of and clad in timber lies to the rear. The modern single story extension is constructed of block elevations clad in reconstituted stone under a single pitched concrete panel roof supported by steel beams and has a roller shutter door.

The mill building accommodates a customer reception, tyre storage areas and ancillary storage. We were informed that the roof has been replaced within the last five years.
